Leading people through the right path through life can be a challenge for anyone who is responsible to do so. A person must be the guide makes a very delicate balance to find, he or she must be strong enough to be the person behind him to chastise when the disciple is obedient or not to depart from the path on the other hand, he or she sometimes allows the enthusiast the chance of parasites, so the follower can experience and a lot wiser get. There are many things that the person has to do to the pupil or his followers to lead, and concepts of leadership among the coaching and mentoring.

The mentoring process focuses on the relationship and interaction between teacher and student, a solidarity that is more commonly known as mentor and protege. A mentor is someone who can sometimes be older, but are certainly more informed, wiser, and perhaps even more serene and settled in what could be a protégé of less predictable, less wise, and erratic. The mentor's task is to guide the inexperienced protected if the protégé learn more and more of their mentor, the protégé is more extensive in size.

The mentor-protege relationship has long existed in history, and was glorified by the media pop. There are many different mentor-protege relationships in the modern world. For example, when an employee moves from primarily a company or business, he or she is adopted by a person in the business or enterprise for a long time. As a new employee can suffer a culture shock, or perhaps unwilling to hardening of the workplace being the mentor serves as a buffer and a guide by the way society works or company making the transition easier for the protégé.

Also in accordance with labor relations, an existing employee shows potential as someone who could one day lead, or could move forward and much else. In this case, an experienced person in the company to take on an informal basis at the employee and his mentor. In this relationship, the mentor teaches the protégé the skills necessary to advance in the workplace, so that one day, the protégé, the mentor, the advance elsewhere in the hierarchy, or move to another society and do even better.

The concept of coaching, on the other hand, is quite different from that of mentorship. In coaching, a method employed in a leader or supervisor directs the movements of a person or group of people. In coaching, teaching and training is provided are made with a specific goal in mind. Methods of directing the movements of people and thought processes could include giving motivational talks. There are ways to train people to make them more effective, such as seminars or workshops, or practice, such as those run by sports teams.

In mentoring, the mentor teaches a protégé how to live better or how to better work. In coaching, perhaps better viewed as a more specific method of mentoring, the coach leads his team in order to be their final goal. For coaches, it means winning a game. For coaches of marriage, it means that a strong marriage relationship. For coaches of the family, it means that a stronger link family, between parents and children, and sometimes, between the children themselves. There are many types of mentoring and coaching, and various techniques related to each other. For more information, please talk with mentors and professional coaches, or do more research online.
