If you meet continuing education to your employees?

Maybe the employee who anonymously drop in the company suggestion box a few weeks ago. Perhaps one of the new bright eyes employees stopped you one morning while you're on your way to get coffee. Or perhaps accounting Janeen asked about it. For some reason, you are training for your employees on the brain. And you can not stop thinking about it. On the one hand, you think it's a good idea. It can be the level of the company's domestic intelligence, while the increase of the company morale and encourage employees to stick around. On the other hand, you think it is expensive and cutting into productivity during the workday.
 
Tet! Providing training for your employees is the best choice you can do for you, your business, you employees and customers. Think about it: you can have a customer service training offered to all members of your staff have direct contact with customers. The staff learned valuable lessons and techniques of customer service and exceptional turn your customers happy. This means they are more likely to do business again with you and your business more money. Then you better look in the eyes of your boss. And who does not want?
